Why am I here? To educate, empower and inspire people to lead safe, healthy, environmentally responsible lives through my work as an Author/Illustrator, Environmental Educator, and Green Business Owner. I believe we can make the world a better place and address many of the environmental issues we face today by making simple changes to our everyday lives.

BACKGROUND
Alexandra Gnoske is an Environmental Expert. She has a
degree in Wildlife Biology and JD in Environmental Law. She is the
Founder and President of RECYCLE ME,
an organic cotton clothing company (2008). In 2010 Alexandra
published “Loui Saves the Earth,” a simple and inspiring children’s
book she
wrote and illustrated to show that no matter how small you are you can
make a
big difference for the planet

Alexandra
created “How to Be a Superhero for Planet Earth,”
a workshop for kids that teaches them how their everyday actions impact
the
environment. She has taught the workshop around Chicagoland, including
at REI,The Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum,
and local elementary schools.
Currently Alexandra is working on
“Loui Saves the Worms,”
the second book in her “Loui” series and 'How to Raise a Sustainable Child' a simple handbook and guide for today's
families.
